In partnership with acclaimed architect Boor Bridges, BIG repositioned this 100yr old, 9000sf building into a spectacular creative-tech space. Offering a single-tenant identity in the hottest sub-market of San Francisco, 1275 Mission features: expansive 'all-hands' space, modern kitchen, open floor workstations, 10'-14' ceilings, elevator, bike storage and custom lighting. The artful redesign of 1275 Mission balances modern design with 'windows' into the past of this historic 1917 building. These peaks into original construction elements of brick, timber, concrete and steel foster an inspired environment, making 1275 Mission a truly unique offering in San Francisco.
